Wilson Discusses CAFOs at Rotary Meeting

At the October 12 meeting of the Vermillion Rotary Club, Jerry Wilson discussed some of the history, as well as some recent proposals for changes to the Clay County CAFO regulations.  These regulations govern the operations of Confined Animal Feeding Organizations.
