On Tuesday, February 13, Vermillion City Manager, John Prescott, along with Vermillion City Council Vice-President, Rich Holland and President, Kelsey Collier-Wise (left to right) accept a check for $5,000 from Vermillion Rotary Club President, Steve Walters, for renovation of Rotary Park in Vermillion. The check represents the first half of the Rotary Club’s $10,000 commitment to the City for the park’s renovation.
