Dave Herbster Joins the Paul Harris Fellows from the Vermillion Rotary Club

In a ceremony on January 21, 2014, the Vermillion Rotary Club announced that David Herbster is the latest Paul Harris Fellow from the Vermillion Rotary Club. Herbster will join 24 other Harris Fellows from the club. Pictured below, President-elect Art Mabry presents the Harris Fellow certificate to Herbster, who is now (unofficially) the tallest Paul Harris Fellow in the District 5610!
