Carole Cochran Discusses SD KIDS COUNT Annual Report

Carole Cochran, coordinator of the South Dakota KIDS COUNT program, answers the questions of Vermillion Rotarians Dave Lorenz and Greg Huckabee after her presentation to the Club on August 26.  Cochran's presentation was an interesting, information-packed discussion of how the children in South Dakota compare on many indicators to children in other states and the nation.
