Awards for Vermillion Rotary at District Conference

During the 2016 Rotary District 5610 Conference in Pierre, the Vermillion Rotary Club and two of its members received special recognition. In the photo below, Dave Lorenz (L) is shown with a plaque he received from Steve Sikorski (R) for his many years of service as an Assistant Governor for Area 7.

 

The Vermillion club received a citation for their support of the Youth Exchange program.  In the photo below, Chuck Lubbers is shown with the representatives of the other clubs who supported the Rotary Youth Exchange efforts in District 5610 during 2015-16. Chuck Lubbers was also given a certificate for the public image activities for the Vermillion Club during the 2015-2016 Rotary year.
