Area Legislators Preview SD Legislative Session

The Vermillion Rotary Club was treated to an insider's perspective on the upcoming South Dakota Legislative session from two area legislators.  District 17 Senator Art Rusch and District 17 House Representative Ray Ring gave a legislative session preview to the Vermillion Rotary Club on January 3.
