Daniel Mourlam, president of the Board of Directors for the Vermillion Public Schools Foundation, joined the Vermillion Rotary Club on August 20, 2023 to provide an overview of the operations of the VPSF and to present the newest initiative for the organization - raising funds to provide the additional funds for accessible playground equipment at the new elementary school that will open in August of 2024.
