Rich Burns was kind enough to start his club presentations with a trip to Vermillion on Wednesday, August 2, 2023. Governor Burns outlined several perspectives on the purpose of the Rotary Districts. He also discussed his goals for the upcoming year as well as the status of the District. Gov. Burns also highlighted many of the events and speakers in the upcoming District Conference in Yankton.
