Vermillion Rotary Donates to VHS German Club Trip

Chuck Lubbers presents a check to the Vermillion High School German Club to help cover the costs of students traveling to Germany in May. There are 16 VHS students traveling to Vermillion’s sister city, Ratingen, with two chaperones, Kamden Dibley and Shannon Fitzsimmons. The dates of travel are May 21-June 7.  The group will live with German families, attend school in Ratingen, see local sites, and take an extended weekend trip to the Eifel Mountain range. The trip is being organized through an organization called GAPP, German American Partnership Program.
