Rotary Foundation #5 Charity changing the World in 2015

A CNBC story identified the top 10 charities helping to change the world in 2015, and the Rotary Foundation was their #5 choice. The selection was based on the work of an organization called Charity Navigator, that, according to the CNBC article, is "...a service that provides information about a charity's functions, finances and management."
