At the February 27 meeting of the Vermillion Rotary Club, United Way of Vermillion Executive Director, Kelsey Collier-Wise, provided an update of the organization's activities in the last year. Highlights included a record setting annual campaign that just completed and information on the new Communication Connection Center that is currently in the planning stages.
